Refunds and returns policy
1. Digital Products
All products sold on this website are digital downloads (audio libraries) and are delivered instantly after purchase.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
2. EU Consumer Rights Waiver
By completing a purchase, you expressly agree that:
- The digital content will be delivered immediately
- You waive your right of withdrawal (14-day cancellation period) under EU consumer protection laws
This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:
- The product is defective or does not function as described
- You were charged incorrectly
- Duplicate purchases
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience any issues with downloading or using the product, we will provide support to resolve the problem.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Lack of compatibility with your system (unless explicitly stated)
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
5. VAT & Business Purchases
- VAT is applied according to EU tax regulations
- Business customers providing a valid VAT number may be exempt from VAT (reverse charge)
Refunds related to VAT must be requested before completing the purchase.
